Quectel Showcases Cutting-Edge IoT Solutions at ElectroneX 2025 in Melbourne

Quectel Wireless Solutions, a global IoT solutions provider, is pleased to announce its participation at Australia’s largest electronics event, ElectroneX, taking place at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on 7 to 8 May 2025. Attendees can visit Quectel at Booth #C15 to explore a wide range of innovative products and solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of the IoT ecosystem.

At ElectroneX, Quectel will showcase its latest portfolio of IoT modules, antennas, and associated services that are helping to shape the future of industries such as smart cities, automotive, healthcare, agriculture, and industrial automation. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience firsthand Quectel’s innovations designed to accelerate digital transformation and drive new efficiencies across sectors.

Key highlights at the Quectel booth include:

Satellite modules, featuring the latest ultra-compact, 5 G-ready NTN module BG770-SN, the BG95-S5 for 3GPP non-terrestrial network (NTN) satellite communication, and the robust CC200A satellite module.

Smart modules, including the newly launched SG882G, are engineered for outstanding computing performance, advanced multimedia features, and reliable connectivity across industrial and consumer use cases, as well as the SC200V, optimized for high-speed, multimedia-rich applications.

GNSS modules, featuring the ultra-compact LS550G (5mm × 5mm × 1.05mm), are designed for precise positioning in low-power applications. Antennas, including the YFCX001WWAH 5G transparent antenna, which delivers a blend of high efficiency, transparency, and adaptability, providing manufacturers with greater design flexibility while maintaining reliable 5G connectivity.

Attendees can also look forward to a wide range of local customer demonstrations at the booth, showcasing devices utilizing Quectel products, including:

  • Senquip – A remote control device powered by the Quectel BG96 LTE Cat M1/Cat NB1/EGPRS module, alongside a machine monitoring device using the EG91 LTE Cat 1 module.
  • Mako Networks – A 5G fixed wireless hotspot and a 5G firewall appliance both utilizing the RM520 5G sub-6GHz LGA module.
  • Pixel Technologies – Two 4G VoLTE Emergency Gateway solutions, both integrated with the EC21-AU LTE Cat 1 module.
  • Neuska – An industrial/agricultural IoT solution featuring Inmarsat IDP satellite connectivity, powered by the Quectel CC200A-LB satellite module.
  • RAPIDlink by Permaconn – A 4G managed router using the Quectel LTE Cat 4 EC25 module.
  • Cybertec Pty Ltd – Industrial IoT remote access applications using both the RG255C and EG21-G modules

“We are excited to participate in ElectroneX and demonstrate how Quectel’s technology is empowering Australian businesses and developers to lead in the rapidly evolving IoT landscape,” commented Yasu Okada, Senior Sales Director, APAC, Quectel Wireless Solutions. “Our commitment to innovation and customer success is reflected in our diverse and growing range of smart modules and connectivity solutions.”
