Axelspace Signs Multi-Launch Contract with Exolaunch to Launch New Satellites

Exolaunch, a global launch integrator and leader in launch mission management, satellite integration, and satellite deployment technologies, announced new launch contracts, including a Multi-Launch Agreement (MLA), with Axelspace Corporation, a leading Japanese microsatellite company committed to making “Space within Your Reach.”

Under the new contracts, Exolaunch has secured launches for eight Axelspace satellites across upcoming missions, supporting Axelspace's continued growth across its AxelLiner and AxelGlobe business lines. One satellite scheduled under the MLA will be used for AxelLiner Laboratory (AL Lab), Axelspace's in-orbit demonstration service for space components.

“We are honored to have entered into the MLA with our important partner Exolaunch,” said Yuya Nakamura, President and CEO at Axelspace Corporation. “Securing flexible launch opportunities is a critical element for the smooth execution of our business across both our AxelLiner and AxelGlobe operations. We look forward to further deepening the partnership between our two companies.”

The MLA addresses one of the most pressing challenges facing satellite operators today: securing flexible, timely access to orbit amid rapidly increasing global launch demand. In-orbit demonstration missions, in particular, often face long lead times due to limited launch opportunities and complex coordination requirements.

Axelspace's AxelLiner Laboratory service is designed to overcome these challenges by leveraging the short development cycles and mass-production capabilities of the AxelLiner platform. The Multi-Launch Agreement with Exolaunch enables Axelspace to align launch availability with mission timelines and orbital requirements, reducing risk and accelerating service delivery.

Axelspace is a trailblazer in Japan's space industry, and we are proud to support their ongoing satellite launch program through this new Multi-Launch Agreement,” said Kier Fortier, Vice President of Global Business Development at Exolaunch. “With our global footprint, including Exolaunch Japan, and extensive flight heritage in delivering small satellites safely to orbit, we look forward to providing Axelspace with reliable global launch access and deep launch mission management expertise to support efficient, quick deployment of Axelspace's satellite constellation.”

Exolaunch, with more than a decade of flight heritage and 650+ satellites launched across 40+ missions to date, provides Axelspace with rapid, reliable access to global launch opportunities, streamlined launch capacity procurement, comprehensive launch mission management, global logistics, satellite integration, and deployment services.
