Anywaves and EmTroniX Merge to Form a Global Space RF Powerhouse

Anywaves and EmTroniX announce a strategic alliance through a merger under a unified industrial group. Brought together into a single entity, the two companies are combining their expertise to become a leading global player in Space RF & Payload Subsystem Technologies.

This merger aims to deliver integrated and competitive solutions to meet the demanding requirements of the European, US and international space market in electronic systems, antennas and advanced radio frequency technologies for Telecom, Earth and Space observation. Building on an already successful operational collaboration to deliver advanced programs, the merger between Anywaves and EmTroniX reflects a shared commitment to accelerate the technical and industrial development of advanced telecommunication solutions, from antennas and electronics to fully integrated payloads.

Already partners on projects, such as the Blue Water Intelligence REVALTO project, for which Anywaves and EmTroniX jointly provide the RF radar payload, the two companies have demonstrated a strong complementarity of expertise, as emphasised by Cédric Lorant, Founder of EmTroniX: "Anywaves has been our partner for many years now and merging our two companies was a natural step for Nicolas and me. The biggest advantage for our customers is that it significantly reduces risk. Rather than integrating different elements from different suppliers, our customers now have the opportunity of seamless solutions. With the trust of our customers, we aim to become a major player in the global space market!"

Leveraging their established partnership, the two companies have begun pragmatically integrating their operations, while ensuring uninterrupted service for clients and making the most of their combined expertise. Spread across three regions, France, Luxembourg, and the United States, the newly established industrial group currently brings together more than 110 people, up to 150 within 2 years.

This Space equipment leader is building on its existing locations to establish a solid growth trajectory in addressing the commercial and defence market at a global level. In Europe, the group will closely work with agencies such as ESA, CNES, the Luxembourg Space Agency and the European Defence Agency to support dual-use programs. By structuring critical expertise within an integrated entity, the group contributes to European technological sovereignty.

In the United States, its presence represents a strategic lever to support commercial and defence development across dynamic space markets. Nicolas Capet, Founder of Anywaves and now Chairman of the industrial group, comments: "The merger of Anywaves and EmTroniX allows us to structure our development around a strategic geographic presence, in Europe and the United States. This organisation gives us the means to assert our ambition: to establish ourselves as a leading player in Space RF & Payload Subsystem Technologies, capable of offering fully integrated solutions to clients on an international scale."

By combining their expertise and industrial footprint, Anywaves and EmTroniX strengthen their ability to deliver advanced technologies, particularly in the complex field of active antennas, software-defined radio and advanced space radars. This merger demonstrates the power of collaboration between innovative SMEs, consolidates European expertise, and enhances the industrial competitiveness of the space sector. Positioned as a leading global powerhouse in Space RF & Payload Subsystem Technologies, the two companies are now well placed to tackle technological challenges and strengthen their rapid industrialisation to meet the growing demands of the global space market.
