ALL.SPACE Redomiciles to the U.S to Support Defense Sector Presence

ALL.SPACE, a leader in resilient, multi-network satellite communications-on-the-move, announced that the company has formally redomiciled to the United States, marking a significant step in its continued expansion across the U.S. government and defense sector. The move reflects ALL.SPACE’s accelerating growth in North America and aligns the company more closely with its primary customers, partners and supply chain within the U.S defense ecosystem.

Ranked among The Sunday Times 100 fastest-growing private technology companies, ALL.SPACE has emerged as one of the most exciting scale-ups in advanced SATCOM, delivering electronically steered, multi-link terminals engineered to meet the operational demands of contested, mobile and remote environments. The decision to redomicile follows sustained support and advocacy from Congressman Robert Aderholt, representing Alabama's 4th congressional district, who has been a longstanding champion of advanced communications capabilities that strengthen U.S. national security and domestic industrial capacity.

As part of this next phase of growth, ALL.SPACE will establish a U.S Technical and Manufacturing Hub in the Shoals, which will serve as a focal point for its U.S. operations. This hub will enable the company to support manufacturing, scale its support services and technology development while building strong partnerships and driving economic development within the Shoals’ advanced defense and technology community.

Paul McCarter, CEO, ALL.SPACE, said: “We are delighted to formally redomicile ALL.SPACE to the United States as we continue to expand within the U.S. defense ecosystem. Aligning the company more closely with our key customers and suppliers strengthens our ability to deliver mission-ready, resilient communications capabilities at pace and at scale. We are especially grateful for the support of Congressman Aderholt and his foresight to see the emerging requirements of the warfighter for resilient communications. We look forward to establishing a U.S. hub in the Shoals and to playing an active role in its continued development as a centre for advanced defense technology, whilst leveraging and contributing to the Great State of Alabama to support our long-term growth.”

Congressman Robert Aderholt: “ALL.SPACE’s decision to establish a U.S. Technical and Manufacturing Hub in the Shoals is a major win for North Alabama and a strong vote of confidence in our workforce, our industrial base, and our growing role in supporting the nation’s defense priorities. The Shoals continues to attract advanced technology and defense companies that recognize the unique advantages this region offers, and I look forward to supporting ALL.SPACE as they grow their presence.”

ALL.SPACE’s U.S. expansion builds on its growing operational presence within the U.S. and its deepening engagement with U.S. military customers. By redomiciling to the U.S. and establishing a US Technical and Manufacturing Hub in the Shoals, Alabama, the company reinforces its long-term commitment to strengthening sovereign capability, supporting U.S. defense priorities and advancing resilient multi-orbit communications for allied operations worldwide.
