The MPT-G from Beyond Gravity is a Assembly JIG designed to support spacecraft and dedicated modules during horizontal and vertical integration. It enables electrically driven tilting from 0°–90° with extension up to 96° and slewing over a full 0°–360° range both featuring nominal and creep speeds with manual crank backup. This assembly JIG can be controlled via a main control panel or remote control, and supports a safe working load of 5400 kg with a rated tilt moment of 181.7 kNm. It can accommodates spacecraft up to 8750 mm in length, 4880 mm in cylindrical diameter, or 4470 × 1800 mm in rectangular dimensions. It has an empty mass of 8730 kg and measures 6255 × 2945 × 1544 mm in horizontal position and 6255 × 2945 × 4260 mm in vertical position. The system is equipped for versatile handling through jacks, castors, towbar interfaces, forklift interfaces, facility cranes or optional air pads. It offers proven heritage for spacecraft integration and testing activities.
