The FSN11201632QFP from ReliaSat is a Programmable Low-Noise Microwave Frequency Synthesizer with a frequency range from 16 to 32 GHz. It delivers an output power of -10 to 2 dBm and has a phase noise of up to -116 dBm/Hz. This frequency synthesizer has a settling time of 3.5 ms and a spurious value of -80 dBc. It has a harmonics value of -25 dBc and a sub-harmonics value of -15 dBc. This frequency synthesizer requires a DC supply of 3.3-5 V and has a current consumption of 150-350 mA.
