The HCC1000 from TT Electronics is a Space Qualified Optocoupler that has an electrical isolation of up to 1kV. This optocoupler has a forward voltage range of 0.7-1.9 V and a reverse current of 100 µA. It has an on-state collector current of 1-2 mA and a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 0.3 V. The optocoupler has a radiation tolerance TID of up to 100 Krad (SI)/cm2 ELDRS (0.1rad/s) and is neutron capable of up to 1E12 neutrons. It has a DC current gain of 100 V and rise and fall times of 20 µs. The HCC1000 is ideal for circuit electrical isolation in space applications such as satellites, launchers, space vehicles, and planetary rovers.
