The MCH (0402) from Ohmcraft is a Space Qualified Resistor with a resistance range of 10 KOhm to 100 MOhms. This thick-film high-voltage chip resistor has an extended TCR range of up to 200 ppm/ degrees C. It has a power rating of 40 mW and a voltage rating of 150 V. The resistor features patented Micropen precision printing technology that provides ultra-precision and thick-film high-voltage rating. It has a tolerance range of 0.1-20% and the parts are packed in accordance with EIA-481 tape and reel specifications. The resistor is constructed using a thick film resistive element and a 96% alumina substrate. This surface mount resistor measures 1.02 x 0.51 x 0.51 mm and is ideal for military, electronic warfare and space applications.
