The SNC Baseline Bus SN-30G (GEO) from Sierra Nevada Corporation is a compact satellite bus and platform designed to support space situational awareness (SSA), space protection and technology demonstration missions. Engineered for flexibility and rapid mission integration, it accommodates a wide range of payloads and orbital destinations while providing a reliable foundation for operational spacecraft. This satellite platform supports payload masses of up to 20 kg and delivers pointing accuracy of 0.02°, enabling precise payload alignment for imaging, communication, RF sensing and scientific missions.

It provides a payload power capability of 40 W through a 140 V spacecraft power bus, supporting a variety of mission-specific instruments and subsystems. The SN-30G is designed for operational lifetimes ranging from 1 to 3 years and features a dry bus mass of approximately 50 kg, offering an efficient balance between capability and spacecraft mass. It accommodates payloads within an external envelope measuring 27 × 27 × 9.7 cm, allowing integration of compact sensors and mission equipment.

Built for versatility and mission adaptability, the platform supports communication payloads, imaging systems, RF payloads, scientific instruments and technology demonstration experiments across multiple orbital environments. Compact and mission-ready, the SNC Baseline Bus SN-30G (GEO) is ideal for space situational awareness, space domain protection, technology validation and specialized spacecraft missions requiring precise pointing and rapid deployment capabilities.
