HAWKEYE 4 LITE Image

The HAWKEYE™ 4 LITE from L3Harris is a 1.3-meter flyaway VSAT terminal designed for rapidly deployable and high-performance SATCOM operations. It features a carbon-fiber segmented parabolic, center-fed antenna and supports X, Ku and Ka-Band operation for high-speed voice, data, VPN and video communications. The terminal operates over transmit frequencies of 7.90–8.40 GHz (X-Band), 13.75–14.50 GHz (Ku-Band) and 29.0–31.0 GHz (Ka-Band), with corresponding receive ranges of 7.25–7.75 GHz, 10.95–12.75 GHz and 19.2–21.2 GHz respectively. It delivers a G/T of up to 21.8 dB/K and provides EIRP levels up to 59.9 dBW in high-power configurations. It supports manual or auto-acquisition pointing and with optional LEO/MEO tracking capability. This VSAT terminal requires a 90–264 VAC and also supports 18–36 VDC input with battery operation using BB-2590 military batteries for field deployments. It weighs upto 38 kg and incorporates a high-stability OCXO, integrated beacon receiver and supports multiple modems including iDirect, ViaSat and L3Harris platforms, with rapid in-field modem interchangeability.
