The SMPOD03-NOIR from NPC SPACEMIND is a CubeSat Deployer designed to safely accommodate and deploy CubeSats up to 3U with a mass of 6 Kg. Serving as the mechanical interface between the CubeSat and the launch vehicle, this deployer enables the secure integration and reliable release of one or multiple satellites during launch missions.
The system features a redundant telemetry feedback system for deployment confirmation signals and a lightweight design achieved through the use of aluminum and carbon fiber for optimized mass. It ensures robustness by securely holding the payload inside the deployer to prevent any rattling during launch, while a redundant fail-safe NEA actuation system guarantees safe actuation. Integration is fast and easy, with smooth procedures and quick resetting, and the system is compatible with most launchers.
