The TMT010-305 from Thermal Management Technologies is a Space-Qualified Thermal Strap designed to efficiently transfer heat while maintaining flexible and elastic mechanical connections between thermal components. Built with a braided copper construction, it provides reliable thermal conductivity while accommodating mechanical movement in sensitive space systems. The strap features a braid width of 12.70 mm, a length of up to 127.0 mm, and an end height of up to 12.7 mm, enabling effective integration within compact spacecraft assemblies. 

This thermal strap offers a thermal resistance of up to 15.18 K/W at 295 K, ensuring efficient heat dissipation and temperature control across connected components. The flexible braided design enhances durability and vibration tolerance while maintaining stable thermal performance under demanding operational conditions. Engineered for high-performance thermal management, the TMT010-305 is suitable for a wide range of precision cooling applications including cryogenic systems and spaceborne instrumentation.
