NGPS-01-422 Image

The NGPS-01-422 from NewSpace Systems is a GNSS Receiver with operating frequency of 1575.42 MHz at L1 band. This receiver has a position accuracy of less than 10 m and a velocity accuracy of less than 50 cm/s RMS. The receiver is targeted towards low-cost SmallSat constellations, it has been adapted for space altitude and velocity with custom software modifications. It has a radiation tolerance of greater than 10 kRads and supports RS-422 UART data interface. It has a power consumption of 1.5 W and requires an input voltage of 24-36 V (unregulated). The receiver has a mass of 500 g and measures 155 x 76 x 34 mm. It is ideal for accurate determination of the orbital position of the satellite, accurate knowledge of time, orbital maneuvers, and time and/or position stamping of payload data.
