The ERZ-LNA-2100-2700-25-2-NS from ERZIA is a RF Amplifier is a space-qualified RF low noise amplifier designed to operate across the 21-27 GHz frequency band. Engineered for high-sensitivity signal reception, it delivers a small-signal gain of 22–28 dB with gain flatness of ±2 dB, ensuring stable amplification across wideband satellite communication and radar applications. This amplifier provides an output power (P1dB) of 13–17 dBm and achieves a low noise figure of 2.5-3 dB, enabling superior signal integrity in low-level RF front-end architectures.

It maintains a maximum input VSWR of 2.5:1 and output VSWR of 2.5:1, supporting efficient impedance matching and reduced signal reflections. The unit operates from a 9-15 V DC supply and consumes approximately 0.5 W of power, offering energy-efficient performance for spaceborne payload systems. Built using GaAs technology with commercial-grade equivalent performance, the amplifier is optimized for new space missions, including radiation tolerance, vacuum operation and outgassing compatibility.

The rugged design supports stable electrical characteristics across harsh environmental conditions encountered during launch and on-orbit operations. Compact and high-performance, the ERZ-LNA-2100-2700-25-2-NS is ideal for satellite communication receivers, radar front ends, telemetry systems and space-based RF payloads requiring low-noise amplification and reliable wideband operation.
