CMA-545G1+ Image

The CMA-545G1+ from Mini-Circuits is a Space-Qualified Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 400 MHz-2.2 GHz. It has a high gain of 32 dB and an ultra-low noise figure of 0.8 dB. This low-noise monolithic amplifier has a high IP3 of 36 dBm and a high Pout, P1dB up to 22 dBm. It requires a DC supply of 6 V and has a DC current of 158 mA. This E-PHEMT-based amplifier enables it to work with a single positive supply voltage. It is unconditionally stable over the operating frequency. It has a terminal finish of Ni-Pd-Au and has repeatable performance from lot to lot due to fully automated, tightly controlled semiconductor and assembly processes. This RoHS-compliant amplifier measures 3 x 3 x 1.14 mm and is ideal for cellular, ISM, GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and GPS applications.
