NANT-PTCL1 Image

The NANT-PTCL1 from NewSpace Systems is a GPS receiver and antenna system that has an operating frequency of 1575.42 MHz with a 20 MHz bandwidth. It has an active gain of 16 dBiC at Zenith and the antenna offers a wide -3 dB beamwidth. The system maintains a low noise figure of less than 2 dB with an axial ratio of less than 10 dB at Zenith for improved signal quality. It has 5 V DC supply voltage and has a power consumption of 80 mW. This system has a radiation tolerance up to 10 krad and integrates seamlessly with a 50 Ω SMA female connector. It has a mass of less than 80 g and measures 54 x 54 x 14.1 mm. This system is ideal for accurate orbital position determination, accurate knowledge of time, orbit maneuvers and time/position stamping of payload data.
