The ZAPHOD 3U CubeSat Structure from AAC Clyde Space is a lightweight and highly adaptable nanosatellite platform designed to support a wide range of payload and avionics configurations. It uses Aluminium 7075 and 6082 alloys for its primary structures. It includes four deployment switches, two on the -Z end plate and two on the rails. This structure weighs 394 g and measures 100 x 100 x 340.5 mm. It is designed and qualified to NASA GEVS specifications and qualifies ISS manned flight design requrements.
