The POLARIS from InnaLabs is an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) that is suited for operations in LEO and is designed for short to medium-term space missions. It has a measurement range of up to ± 400 deg/sec and an In-run bias of less than 0.3 deg/h (1s). This IMU scale factor stability of less than 500 ppm (BOL) and an ARW of less than 0.01 deg/vh. It is based on a patented and proven solid-state CVG (Coriolis vibratory gyroscope) core gyro technology. This IMU has a mass of less than 2 Kg and supports the RS-422 data interface. It requires a DC supply of 15 V and has a power consumption of 10 W. This IMU measures 112 x 132 x 145 mm and is ideal for exploration missions, telecommunications satellites, micro-launchers, re-entry vehicles, launchers, and landers.
