The EPSM 1 from Pumpkin Space Systems is a Satellite Electrical Power System that features a 32V power ring topology with 6 solar array inputs (8-28V, 2A/4A), 2 battery (16.8V, 8A) blocks, 3 regulated outputs (3.3/5.0/12V, 5-8A), and? 1 switchable regulated output (4-28V, 8A). It has 8 LMx35-type temperature telemetry channels and 250kHz GaNFET switching efficiency of up to 96-98.5%. A Pumpkin SupMCU handles telecommands and telemetry via SCPI over an I2C interface and battery charging supports 0, 1, or 2 Li-Ion 16.8V batteries. It is tested to NASA GEVS (14grms) levels, satisfies JSC EP-WI-032 for use on ISS, and NASA flight safety program for use on ISS. The EPSM1 is directly compatible with the established CubeSat module form factor and its 104-pin connector. It has a mass of 230 g and measures 96 x 90 x 15.24 mm. The power system is ideal for CubeSats and nanosatellites, Pumpkin MISC 3 CubeSats, Pumpkin SUPERNOVA NanoSats, and difficult loads.
